Yes! Laser hair loss therapy is safety. The
Laser Hair Rejuvenation devise, (which is classified as
a Certified
Class IIIA cosmetic laser) is recognized by
the FDA and is approved for cosmetic use in the United
States. The energy produced by the photons does not have
the thermal component to cause thermal injuries to users
or operators.

Laser hair loss therapy is no risk of any kind of burning to the scalp or any risk of skin cancer as the rays that are produced are non thermal and not ultraviolet. Non-thermal photons of light are emitted in certain wavelengths and intensities. The cells in your body turn that light energy into chemical energy and stimulate growth. A researcher, Andre Mester, was working at Semmelweis University, in Budapest.
He developed a theory that was similar to the UV theory except instead of using UV lights, he used cold laser light. He believed that UV rays from the sun would lead to cancer and so would cold laser light. Mester tested his theory but shaving the fur of two groups of mice in which he constantly exposed one group to cold laser light. The control group was not exposed to the cold laser light at all. To Mester's surprise, the mice did not develop cancer but instead grew back their fur much faster than the control group.
A laser hair therapy device has many diodes located in a half sphere. The sphere is rotated around the scalp of the entire head several times while energy laser light penetrates deep into the scalp and is absorbed by cells. The laser light stimulates at a cellular and sub-cellular level. This leads to an increase in blood circulation , cessation of hair loss and new hair growth. The process is painless and the device is similar to a hairdryer that is placed over your head.
