Most common hair transplants side effects is a tremendous
amount of scabbing.
Considering how large the transplant process is, this can be
a huge amount of hair that is being replaced or moved around,
and a lot of scabbing to follow it.

The second side effect of hair transplants is Itching
Itching is very common and in some cases it is extremely
severe. The itching results as scabs start to form. Sometimes
moisturizers can help as well. You can shampoo the scalp to
relieve the itching or spray water on it from a bottle. It will
only last a couple of days.
Some hair loss
After your surgery, you may experience some hair loss in the
areas where hair was transplanted. This is completely normal. You
will be instructed to leave your hair completely alone for two days,
then to wash your hair (especially your new hair) very carefully.
Most of the transplanted hair will probably fall out during the
first few weeks, but this does not mean the transplant has not taken
effect or that no more hair will grow in. Do not be alarmed if you
lose hair immediately after your transplant. See your doctor to
monitor your progress.
Headaches, Small amount of bleeding and Numbness or scalp tenderness
are normal.
You may experience swelling on the scalp, head and forehead
regions after surgery. Do not be alarmed if the skin on your head
feels tender or even painful to the touch for the first week. Your
doctor should regularly monitor your progress and see that your
scalp is properly healing.
Infections after hair transplants are extremely rare
But they do happen. Antibiotics are given both before and after the
surgery as a precaution. Make sure you take them as prescribed to
prevent an infection.
