Eyebrow transplants and hair transplants will fall into the same category of micro-grafting. But eyebrow transplant is more challenging procedures. For some patients, the procedure is performed to completely restore eyebrows but in most patients, the goal is to provide more density or fill in areas of thinning. A eyebrow transplant procedure typically involves the placement of 50 to as many as 325 hairs from patient's scalp into each eyebrow, depending upon the existing amount of hair and the desired size and density.

So eyebrow restoration is only individual hair follicles can be used, but the procedure of hair transplant will consist of using naturally growing follicular units containing 1-4 hairs and it it good enough to achieve the natural look.

3. Should be proper angling of the follicle for eyebrow transplant.
   The hair has a distinct growth pattern with each section of the eyebrow pointing in a different direction. The hair forms a sharp angle so that it grows out and then flat to the face. However the scalp hair has a much gentler angle. So there should be proper angling of the follicle because it is the most important aspect of any eyebrow transplant.
