got a lot of spare time Posted by kaymurI will never know what kind of electrolygist Betty is. After waiting over 40 minutes past my initial appt ime, and then another 20 minutes at my rescheduled initial visit, I have decided to look elsewhere.

When I tried to explain to Betty the inconvenience of such long wait times, she talked to me as if I were a 3-year-old rather than a grown woman. I understand that these things happen from time to time, but reacting so defensively and unsympathetically simply solodifies my choice to move on. Good business would have Betty providing me with other options, perhaps offering me a discounted first visit. Bad business has me providing Betty with this negative, albeit accurate, review.
