get facials pretty often, but had
never been to 98 North before. After reading good
reviews on this site, I went for a facial and
eyebrow wax a month ago, and my eyebrows are now
finally recovering. The technician was basically
incompetent, and took off an extra half

inch off the inner edge of one brow. After I finally got a look at my brows she offered to even them up, but stripping the other side of my face doesn't help the situation much, does it?!? The facial was also mediocre to bad--15 minutes shorter than I paid for, with a few token extractions and absolutely no customization for my skin type. It was like she was following a script by rote or something. Completely not worth the money! I'd say go elsewhere.

My girlfriend bought a gift package and we had a
couples massage. I often get massages and I have to
say that that
was one of the best I ever had. The therapists knew
what they were doing. My girlfriend also has a
facaial and haircut left on her package. We both
will be back
