Excellent Customer Service Posted by see718On my way to my first appointment at Bella Skin I got completely lost. Convinced my appointment would be canceled for showing up late, I called the spa and informed them I would be ten minutes late. Not to worry, they gave me directions and I finally arrived15 minutes late. At any other spa I'm sure I would have been turned away but Bella Skin was nothing but accommodating.

Trina is excellent, I had my first bikini wax with her and she was professional, friendly, quick and (almost) pain free! I was expecting an uncomfortable experience, because of the nature of the appointment and the fact that I was running so late, but experienced quite the opposite. This is quite the gem. Thank you!

Posted by socalsurfgirlThis is the best place I've found so far to get a Brazilian wax. The people are so nice and welcoming and the wax is SO much less painful than anything I've experienced before. They use a hard wax so there are no strips involved. It's really sanitary and very warm and welcoming when you enter. The only thing is that it's really hard to get to by public transportation. If you are coming from the city you have to take the green line to Newton center and then walk about 3/4 mile to the place.

Okay, I've done this three times so you can see how worth it it is to go there... they're that good. They are a little bit pricey (I think their price went up to $60) but if you want a great, easy, and painless Brazilian with experienced staff it is worth paying a little extra if you have the cash.
