by Shannon MBest Dermatological Experience In My Life: As a former Miss USA and professional actor, I've been to clinics around the DFW area and have never had a truly great experience like those I've had in Hollywood/Beverly Hills (where I'm from) until I went to Dermspa Laser Clinic. The staff was personable, friendly, warm and EXTREMELY.

knowledgeable and patient with my 101 questions and my (by then) suspicious attitude. I was even introduced to the owner, CJ Fretheim who spent a lot of additional time with me in a consultation and has been actually in the room during all but one of my appointments. As the moderator for the Dallas Film Casting Network, Dermspa Laser Clinic is the ONLY clinic that I recommend in Dallas. I have had dozens and dozens of actors and models thank me for sending them to CJ and Dermspa--raving about their excellent experience. This is a very serious profession and one that cannot be approached without much care in your clinical treatments--too much is at stake--so I'm very cautious on whom I recommend. But I also don't want to pay exorbitantly high fees and I and others find Dermspa to be extremely reasonably priced and always feel as though we walk away with way more than we paid for. I'll never go or recommend anywhere else.

by stevey329Huge Waste of Time and Money: I purchased 5 treatments for laser hair removal and have nothing to show for it except a hole in my checkbook. The Manager failed to educate me during my initial visit and spent most of his time trying to sell me other services. Each time I showed up for a treatment they were trying to find ways to get more money from me. I have no issue with the actual treatment but I was never treated properly as a customer. I would avoid using this place at all costs.
