I've been going here for almost 2 years after finding them on Citysearch when I moved to LA and this place is everything a day spa should be: friendly, cozy, relaxing, and customer-service oriented. I tried several places before finding them so when I finally got here I really felt the difference the moment I walked in the front door. The manager Melody is really helpful and sweet, and every therapist I have had here has been warm, friendly, caring, and extremely skilled at their job. The atmosphere is so beautiful and upscale without feeling uptight. It always smells amazing when I walk in the door, and their attention to detail is spectacular. Everything from decor to merchandise to snack offerings and artwork is spot-on and they change things regularly to keep it fresh and seasonal. wonderful. They really do care about each client and
it shows throughout each experience I've had here.
I've gotten fantastic skin care tips, product
recommendations, and even personalized stretching
exercises from the therapists here and all have been
very thoughtful and helpful. I've brought friends
here, given gift certificates (they now have instant
GC's on their web site which is great), and hosted a
spa party and everyone I have introduced to Skin
Haven has loved it from the moment they arrived. If
you are a detail-oriented person you will truly
appreciated how much thought they have put into
every aspect of this place. They are also very
hygiene conscious--no double dipping in the wax
here, ever! They ditched the communal jacuzzi in
favor of their gorgeous "Zen Lounge" which is like
the room you wish you had at home to relax in. This
place is truly a haven from my stressful busy life
and I am so thrilled to have found them.
