| I've been to Wax Poetic a few times and I've always found the services to be fine. On Friday I had a haircut with Christa and it was the LAST time I'll ever use this salon. I was very specific about what I wanted, but she did exactly what I asked her not to do. When I called the next day to complain, they had Christa call me back. She said we must have had a "miscommunication" (which was ridiculous, because I'd been really specific) and said I could come in for a "styling lesson"!! The only "styling" she did was flatironing my hair, which I can do easily all by myself. The salon gave me a full refund, which I thought was really generous, but I will never go back. Christa is awful, and I'm looking forward to growing out one of the cheapest looking and most amateurish haircuts I've had in years. |

As it was my first time being waxed, I arrived
at the salon very nervous. Rosemary, my waxer, had
me feeling at ease in no time. The brazilian wax was
practically painless. I've had more pain plucking my
eyebrows. This salon has a relaxing atmosphere and
friendly staff. I'll be going back regularly.
