IPL or Intense Pulsed Light hair removal is the latest although the US FDA. It is widely regarded, but strictly speaking IPL is technically not a real Laser. IPL can deliver hundreds of wavelengths (or colors) in each burst of light with gentle and non-invasive, however, it can not isolate the exact wavelength or color of light, so IPL can not necessary to accurately and safely destroy the hair follicle.
