Posted by phillygeek I had 6 laser hair removal treatments at Metro Laser and I am very satisfied. Jonathan is extremely professional, friendly, and he knows exactly what he's doing. I have visited several laser hair removal places for consultations and I think Metro Laser is definitely the best value. I got extremely good service at a reasonable price. Their Saturday hours are very helpful too.

Posted by cindyupennI read all of the reviews and decided to have the laser treatment for sunspot removal. Everyone was very friendly during my first consultation and customer service seemed excellent. I was called twice afterwards for followup so I went ahead with the treatment with the understanding that I would need only one more treatment. After the first treatment, I had no changes with any of my sunspots.

I called to make a second appointment and was told I would need to call back. After three phone calls and promises for return phone calls, I still have yet to get a second appointment. I've waited two months to no avail and am now discouraged from any further attempts. I felt they were very eager for me to come in for the first visit and despite seemingly good rapport, I strongly feel I wasted several hundred dollars.
