I had 6 laser hair removal
treatments at Metro Laser and I am very satisfied.
Jonathan is extremely professional, friendly, and he
knows exactly what he's doing. I have visited
several laser hair removal places for consultations
and I think Metro Laser is definitely the best
value. I got extremely good service at a reasonable
price. Their Saturday hours are very helpful too. need only one more treatment. After the first
treatment, I had no changes with any of my
sunspots. I called to make a second appointment
and was told I would need to call back. After
three phone calls and promises for return phone
calls, I still have yet to get a second
appointment. I've waited two months to no avail
and am now discouraged from any further
attempts. I felt they were very eager for me to
come in for the first visit and despite
seemingly good rapport, I strongly feel I wasted
several hundred dollars.
Pros: Office is very clean
Cons: Disappointed with outcome and inability to
make future appts.
