| I had scheduled a couples massage at Spa Sasse for my anniversary (dec. 31st). We had the entire day planned so you can imagine our disappointment when we received a call a few hours prior to our appointment letting us know that one of the massage therapist had called in sick and they didn't have anyone to take their place. We were able to reschedule for the next day (luckily we both had the day off from work) and the massages were fantastic! I had a male therapist and my husband had a female and they were well kept, thorough and respectful (all essential to a good massage in my book). My husband and I both had a lot of tension from work and the holidays but we were completely relaxed by the time they were finished. Also, we have both commented that the results lasted longer than any other massage we have had. I know some people didn't care much for the atmosphere, but I thought it was nice and tranquil enough. The only reason I didn't |
give it 5 stars is because of the
reschedule. I can understand stuff happens that we
can’t control, but they didn't offer us anything to
reciprocate for the inconvenience – which is
something they could control. For a spa that
requires their customers to cancel within 24 hours
of an appointment, or be charged the full amount
anyway, I would like to think they would extend half
the courtesy.
