Posted by italiasf It took me some time to find a place where I felt comfortable talking about getting some top secret stuff done - like laser hair removal (on my face!), botox (for premature smile lines and those worry lines!), and restylane (doesn't everyone like a little extra pout?). I did my research and visited all the Medspas in the Marina and one in North Beach. I'm Italian and back home, I would know just where to go. Here in SF, I had to visit a lot of places and do "consultations". I chose USMS because they were honest and not too pushy. Plus, they have a really nice staff who treat you in a very friendly and professional way. Yasmeen was sweet through all my treatments and didn't make me feel silly for being scared of needles! And btw, I look great! Thank you Yasmeen for my beautiful but not obvious pout!

My experience with the friendly and highly professional staff was amazing and the results I noticed in short period of time were highly satisfying. There is very minimum level of pain involved in laser hair removal process. You feel relaxed and comfortable during the treatments. The professional experience and care offered by the friendly staff makes you want go back for more....highly recommended
